      its from an anime called samurai champloo, heaps of music like this and one of the best series ever mande, you can also check out Nujabes cuz he made most of the music for the show

      @@graegoles8382 I know I'm replying a year late, but just to clarify: Nujabes was only 1 of the 4 main musicians for this show. The others are Fat Jon, Tsutchie, and Force Of Nature. They all contributed significantly to the show's soundtrack (I just wanted to say this cuz I see a lot of songs get credited to Nujabes online when they were by others)
