Bad service from livpure. They didn't change filters even after complaining, filter got sediments, bulged and stopped working, only then did they change the filter. Returned immediately after this incident. This company is a scam.
Which brand do you think is reliable and honest then in water purifier? Or one should go for local assembled ro cause they're literally very affordable, just 4-5k with almost all required filters and 5-6 stage purification stages
Livpure is pathetic.... Recently cancelled subscription after using for 3 years joined at 500/m to 650/m .... Service is pathetic and filters , sediment they provide are washed and refurbished.. every month servicing complain ke bolna par rha tha... Phir bhi problem solve ni hota tha, definitely parts they are using for rental is fake, also when I placed a new subscription they delivered a refurbished product, i cancelled that too.... Livpure rental service is not beneficial now , rather they are fooling its cxs now

Kent supreme plus I was single used for 6 months and after that there was issue and techician asked me change all the parts of RO UV etc which cost 5000+, it was not affordable

Hello 🍇 vine, We have municipal water supply with tds of 170-180 only. Main aim is to get water quality that has atleast tds of 70-120 and taste equivalent of like bottled mineral water like bisleri. Does RO is the only way to change taste for better or uv+uf with sediment,pre/post carbon filters can also give same result as bisleri ones ? Don't want to go for nano purifier as I don't trust the brands who are currently dealing in it. Expecting your good response.
I don't think you should go for RO as it will reduce your TDS significantly without a TDS adjuster. UV / UF is sufficient for your needs. It won't reduce the TDS however, but 170-180 is still in the acceptable range.

I was frustrated with the service so I canceled the order but then after 18 days and then I called them for not giving a refund, they said they forgot to proceed and took again week to refund the money. I thought they didn't have the intention to refund also, such a fraud company livepur. When I discuss this with my friend I find this is not the first incident. Right timing as am looking for this option. In my apartment water is charged, 1ltr = 1rs. With RO as it has 2x water wasted, for 20lts i have to spent 60rs+subscription. Also i heard from one of the service agent of my old model UV purifier (which i dont use for drinking though) said that not all purifier models is compatible in all areas. Based on the water quality it will change (mine is desalinated water) With all these am hesitant to opt this livpure model and option 😢
Hi @Aadhi007! Firstly, I wish water was charged in my apartment too. Secondly - if you already have desalinated water, do you really need RO? Have you checked the TDS levels in your area to see if you do need RO? RO will reduce TDS by upto 90% (if not controlled), so before you determine if this is ideal, I recommend you to check the TDS of your water.
Sorry to say, but stop lying just because you got paid for this sponsorship. Don't be a sellout. Reality is, buying is much much cheaper than this subscription. I have purchased 2 ROs for less than 10 each for my 2 homes and it's been 3 years and i haven't had to spend a single rupee on them till now. The default filter cartridges in most filters have life of 6000 litres filtration. Even with 2-3 members in family with 6-8 liters consumption per day, 6000 litres will last for around 3 years. Even after that the replacement cost of all cartridges comes generally around 2.5-5k only.

Let’s take the numbers you yourself said - if 3 people are using 6 liters per day, that comes to 6570 liters for the full year (6 L x 3 people x 365 days). That’s the life of the filters after which it needs to be changed. RO change by itself is over 3-4k and the other filters are a min of 500 per filter - depending on the brand. Yes you can use other unbranded filters which come lower, but would you vouch for the authenticity of that - esp for water being consumed everyday?

As for these subscription based models, the so called free service maintenance promise is complete bogus. Below review says it's not compatible with pet hair. Can you plz check once. This is the second time I am revising the review. What’s the point of an automatic robot cleaner if you have to do things yourself. If you have pets, this performs worse than my 90 eur vacuum robot. Issue: Picks some pet hair and then it will get full and leave a mess behind if you are using vac&mop together. Worst part, it will not even auto empty automatically. I have to empty it at least once in every cycle. Picking up dust and pet hair from carpet, well that doesn’t happen either. Leaves a whole lot of them to be cleaned manually. Now if you were expecting it to great at mopping, don’t keep your expectations high, it is okay at the best. With mop pad coming out every once in a while around carpets and then you have to go and fix it to start working again.

I almost always recommend the robot vacuums with auto emptying bins for people with pets as emptying the bin in the robot can become cumbersome, especially during the periods of higher shedding.

Both are easy to manage. While it can be replaced via customer support, i expect it to be very expensive.

Yes most pureit models only have MF. I think that's what I show on the screen. Looks like the model classic+ g2 is not available anymore.
