This was a fun one 🤙🏼 40th anniversary nautilus and yellow Diamond 5711 take the cake 🍰 in this video
I watched this video once and guesstimated the tray with 5 watches valued between 600-700k USD... Then I decided to google the 40th anniversary patek and fount out it alone is worth as much as I thought the whole tray is worth lol can you please tell me the retail value of the tray and list each piece value. I'm just want to know n learn more cuz I dont know much about watches.
The 40th Anniversary Nautilus was worth $700,000, now its practically worthless. Due to the limited number made, you've actually made everyone else's worth even more by taking one off the market. Stick to making necklaces and leave other people's creations alone.
@@podsaveengland thats debatable and totally opinion based. Buyers that want a 40th anniversary Nautilus with diamonds in it cant find out because non were ever made so that would make this one that is one of a kind worth more. It depends on the client. But I can understand both perspectives. It would be nice if manufacturers would license jewellers with the ability to set stones in watches and to keep the warranty because if the quality of work is at the manufacturers standard a manufacturer can say it is a licensed jewellers work and therefore it is equal to factory set as long as all factory standards are met and all licensed jewellers that a manufacturer could license should always meet those standards. I would definitely encourage jewellers to talk to manufacturers about these licenses being administered and these options considered even if it means that every watch would need to be inspected by a manufacturer before cleared as a watch with all factory set standards met.

I love Peter he’s such a humble guy I’m not a fan of aftermarket iced out watches because I love to think of a watchmaker who took his time to polish and brush every angle of a watch…. But if somebody love to have a iced out watch all power to them 🤷🏽♂️ it’s just a little sad to see it on a very limited watch 😅

The company I work for in Switzerland has a very old relationship with all these Swiss watch brands, and I know the guys who service them. It is truly painful to see how these great watches are treated out there in LA, the zero respect that the craftmanship and tradition is given. For anyone considering buying one of these watches, please please just fly out to Switzerland for a vaccation and visit the proper jewelry boutiques (Bucherer, Gübelin etc). The level of service you will recieve and the overall quality of the shopping experience is orders of magnitude higher. Oh, but some of the customers in these videos might want to learn some manners first, or at least how to say "please" and "thank you". And not to use bad language in the store, or treat the products like you already own them.
To be honest the way he says all natural and the refraction of the light in the diamonds + the prices that he sells them for I wouldn´t be surprised if they´re made with moissanite instead of diamonds

Absolute Ghetto, most of them still think they are back in the hood, eating in the store, coming in half naked, bringing in their scooters swearing, walking around as if the own the store. No please, thank you etc. Yes Peter is a gentleman but even he must be biting his lip. Yes they have money, but absolute no breeding no class. Manners cost nothing. I guess this comes with the territory, different cultures, mindset. LA & Switzerland worlds apart.
