Jupiter and PBG are nice because they aren't as dense as a lot of the south florida metro area.
I agree Jack. North Palm Beach County is very unlike the areas south. Do you live here in South Florida now?
I live near Durham, North Carolina. My grandmother owns a condo in Jupiter (we visit usually once a year). I have noticed that areas south of Jupiter and PBG are more dense

I moved to PBG for a traveling pipeline job and fell in love. I lived off Northlake in the gated community called Montecito. I was going to buy a house there for 220k and I waited because it was 08' and a recession. Those same houses now are 800k to 1 million. I love Gardens though and hope to do the snowbird thing one day. Nice video!!
Love that story and Thank you! Too bad you were not in a position to buy back then. That was really an incredible time to buy. Gardens is one of the best areas in Palm Beach in my opinion. Do get a chance to come back ever?

PALM BEACH COUNTY NOT PALM BEACH. PALM BEACH GARDENS IS 75 MILE FROM MIAMI. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. YOU SOUND LIKE YOU ARE FROM OUTSIDE THE SOUTH FL. AREA.

@@LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA I currently live on the outer perimeter of Atlanta Georgia. To rent a house there equivalent to the one I have here would be 8k per month. To buy would be around a million. The home I am in now is 4/3 bath and 2400 sqft renting for 2k per month.
