Was about to go to bed last night and I saw a video come at midnight got a bit surprised but I was able to watch it and watch this one aswell thx for the updates
I live in Colorado and Glenwood Caverns is significantly smaller, but in my opinion, much better than the more well known major park here - Elitch Gardens - which is pretty bad honestly. There's some great rides and the caves are really cool, definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. I'm really forward to this coaster.
You should fly into Chicago and get the California Zephyr sleeper train to Glenwood Springs on he way there. As a fellow transport geek you will love it and the scenery is spectacular.
I figured it would be Glenwood Caverns from the start, largely because of how the announcement mentioned a challenging environment, but also in the way that the information was released. A corporate chain would be very unlikely to release details of a major project in that way.
It should be very interesting to see how they’re going to get a crane up there, not to mention the tractor trailers (lorries) up there with track pieces.
That would be awesome for the park. I've been once when I went few years ago on a American tour. And they got some seriously scary rides especially the drop ride it's worse than 13 at Alton towers. This is one theme park to watch out for in the future. I heard they got a contract for 3 coasters.
Start doing planet coaster again making a new park. Make it as realistic as possible. A theme you can do is Hollywood studios, something you can do is make the show buildings look like a soundstage and maybe add a backlog your. Something fun you can do is have fans send movie submissions (name, story, theme, etc) and you can do something based on that. Example is a ride or a show. Anyways I hope you read this and have a good day.
@@QDude24 A banana roll will level out at the top, before inverting again. The one in this video doesn't appear to do that, which would make it a cobra roll? If you look up the banana roll on Steel Curtain you'll see the level out at the top and why it's classed as two inversions.
@@QDude24 a banana roll is more like a cobra roll but stretched upwards. It rolls out at the top to about 100 degrees and then inverts again like a cobra roll
Glenwood Caverns are the only park I know of that force you to sign an injury/death disclaimer to be allowed a riders pass in the park. That's pretty dodgy in my opinion and I refuse to support them because of that. BTW the layout is nothing special at all. It's a nice location I admit though.. But it's completely missing the gerstlauer airtime hill on many of the custom Euro Fighters.
Looks short but sweet!
It’ll be a great addition to what looks to be an already epic park!
I wasn’t expecting that I thought smiler would be 2nd in the most inventions but thank god it hasn’t broken the smilers record
I’m glad that The Smiler has kept its record!
Phew, smiler keeps its record 🤣 I was worried about this record breaking coaster. Looks great
It does indeed! The views will be awesome from the top of this one!
I always bang my head on eurofighters with shoulder restraints, so great they're making another with lap bars
It’s great to see!
Wow, sounds great! I’ll have to get to glenwood sometime in 2022
I can’t wait to finally get to this park at some point in the near future!
Looks like a very interesting ride! Reminds me of the rip ride rocket at universal Orlando
The views will be epic!

Definitely something I’d love to do!

It did indeed! Looking forward to getting to Glenwood to experience this in the near future!
it also has the steepest freefall since it doesnt have a stopper and it goes straight down
It does indeed! They’ll be no holding break at the top!

It's finally open! Unfortunately it looks like they had a last minute change as it has OTS restraints :/

Three inversions? A banana roll and a inline twist, where is the third one? Am I blind?
a banana roll can be classed as 2 inversions but some argue it's one
@@willshimmons6516 how in the hell is a banana roll two inversion? Its just a tall cutback, there is one part that inverts, no second one
