According to Vaastu Shastra, combined toilet and bathroom are not recommended but still they are in use because of insufficient space. Three directions which are best for making toilets are west, south and north-west. Toilets in such directions will not create any kind of problem.
North-east is the worst direction for making toilets as in such directions you can suffer health and mental problems.
While refreshing, you should always face towards west or south. Avoid facing towards east and north-east and if possible, north.
There are two types of toilet seats which are used in the toilets i.e. Indian seat and English seat. If the toilet has English seat and the toilet is in south-west direction then also it will not create any problem. But if we have Indian seat in the toilet and it is south-west direction then it will be hazardous for the family. It may even cause sudden death.
Bathroom should be separate if possible. Avoid making combined bathroom and toilet. Bathroom can be made in any direction, even in north-east.
If your toilet is in north east it will cause severe health problems and if it is north then money will go in health care and if it is east then it will create problems in fame. According to Vaastu, you should not read any magazine or newspaper in the toilet.

Toilet in NE causes mental illness, sometimes people start thinking negative.
it may causes neurological problems and cancer also.
vaastu doshas are curable so need not to worry if you are having toilet in NE.

Sir ,I went to make toilet and bath in southeast direction . For better understanding if east direction is 50 feet and I went to make it 10 feet away from South or 10 feet away from east middle. This plot is use as animal living place . is this good or not

Sir, we have east facing house next to the main door 2-3 feet away from main door outside of house there a sceptic tank and south east corner bathroom and toilet, so can give me remedies to avoid vastu doshas if any

build new but some confuse entrance is North face and main gate is north
east out side the building, kitchen west side and then toilet/bathroom
south west on the safety tank, safety tank also south west and soft tank
west side, and ladder south side, and bedroom one is south east, one is
north east and shop / room north west, and one long barahnda north
side, and middle is vacant for common room cum dining room.and now some
vacant area is east side plz help for the same its wrong and how will
