Exactly! The “ it will only take 15 minutes” case that went most of the night! The icing on the cake was that the surgeon wanted to follow with a hip fracture.
I think the last bit happen too often in the world of surgery. I watched other surgeon reaction and his reaction is: "no further comment..this is just perfect". 😅
My fav part about this is that both surgeons immediately laughed out loud. you know it's good, and that there's a kernel of truth there. So many of Dr. G's videos have me unexpectedly laughing out loud at parts that are relatable.
😂 It's so hilarious. You seem to have seen enough to know that's internally (as in "in surgeon heads") happening but seems like it's no longer happening externally that often, at least in your place? 😂

With all the Scots I've known so far, I just have to smile and nod and pretend I understand most of what they're saying (one co-worker called me out and was like "You have no idea what I'm saying, do you?"). But I can actually understand everything you guys say! Though tbh, I do do a head-turn every time you say anesthetist.

might laugh but I was due to get coil surgery on my second aneurysm on my brain which they found the reason for cancel my surgery was that the consultand was attending a pre family appointment also I have family history of it my first one bled out 24 years ago
