Hold the power button down for a few seconds.
How do you charge it? Mine died and it’s not charging. Thanks
It came with a charging cable. So I charge it before I use it.

Does anyone know why my numbers are very light underneath my bar codes? Bar codes print very nice and bold but numbers beneath are super light.
I’m not sure, I wonder if you can make them bold to show up better.
But this App doesn't have In my phone why? Please replay
Do you have an iPhone or an android? There is a QR code to scan and it will bring up the correct app.
