I haven’t watched the whole thing yet but leaving on vacation for two weeks, really, and then coming back and lambasting the builder who has been hard at work. It strikes me as petulant and irresponsible on the owner’s part. His friend was supposedly supervising and obviously should’ve phoned to confirm the beam placement (which would’ve looked better left as a “beam “at the kitchen ceiling, but apparently the owner left unclear instructions about a level ceiling). Going on vacation when you are the owner and project manager is madness. The builder is a far bigger man than the owner. If the builder was going by the drawings and previous instructions, the onus is on the owner. Hats off to the builder for eating the cost. Marks‘s attitude was belligerent and rather ugly.
There have been a numbe of flippers who have listed to her for the most part. It's just the number of people who ignore Sarahs advice outnumber them, lol.
@@Kevin-sm8pn Having to get planning permission to change a design DEFINITELY puts a lot of people off as they'd lose time waiting for an answer ... and that costs. It's so nice when they DO listen!

I don't like the fact they painted the front of the house, very different from the others, and the colour choice is awful.

And then they run into trouble with another tradesman! Eventually, you gotta take a look at yourself there, Mark, you're the common denominator!
Thank you !
Yeah Sarah! A woman who like me is not in favour of a kitchen island!
I always think these people will say: “No more developing projects for us!” But they always seem to say they will go on to do others!
It was a silly decision that Ken made. However, Mark is completely out of order the way he spoke to him and behaved like a spoiled child.
