4:52 Wann ist diese Art von Climbup aufgekommen? Hab ich neulich schon mal wo gesehen. Wenn ich nen normalen Climbup mach, stütz ich einen Fuß gegen die Wand, reiß den anderen nach hinten, zieh den ersten senkrecht an und land mit beiden gleichzeitig oben. Scheint die etablierte Variante zu sein, aber man braucht halt ne Wand, ne. Auf nem Balken oder Stahlträger etc. bleibt mir dann nur die Anfängertechnik, also ein Bein seitlich zu heben. Werde diese Spagattechnik mal probieren!
I won't pretend to know you or know better than you, but for me parkour stopped being fun when I found myself trying to do things because I saw other people doing them (and wanting to prove I was "good"). When I got back to just having fun and not worrying about if people think I am good, it was fun again. Hope this helps.
