Doesn't it seem odd that there are almost 1.5 million views but only 137 likes and 11 dislikes? Perhaps the video company that produced this has bought you the views? This doesn't add up.
That's not what they're saying! they're also talking about the surrounding forests around Vancouver. You don't need to go to far out of Vancouver to be in raw wilderness, it's all around. Stanley Park is huge for a city park. When you're walking in it, outside of the beaten path, one could get lost. I was born here almost 55 years ago and have known people that have gotten lost in it, they couldn't find their way out. I laughed at them because I couldn't see myself ever getting lost in Stanley Park but then one day, I felt lost as I couldn't see where the sun was through the trees and everywhere around me looked the same so I had no sense of direction, that was a trip of a feeling I tell ya. lol Although I was born here, I grew up in northern Manitoba in couple small mining towns. There was nature all around there as well, just not as grand as in B.C. I moved back (hitchhiked) in 80 at the age of 16, on my own and I have never left since. I don't feel like a city boy, I still carry my small town up bringing at the heart of myself. Vancouver is not your typical city, nature is everywhere around us. Have you been here? or are you just one of those RUclips party poopers?, Btw, Yuppies were in the 80s, you seem to be stuck in a time warp, me thinks. I am Metis btw, no native person is, or ever has been, a Yuppie. They/we would laugh at you if you called us a yuppie. I am trying to picture a native yuppie from all the nations of natives I know and you know what? nothing! nothing but a good hardy laugh.
