Asalamualaikum I'd like to point out something else about this surah particularly the very beginning few ayats which brother Nouman mentioned. The fact that the Quran was mentioned before the creation of mankind is interesting...
It hints at what importance it actually has in connection to humanity...
As is confirmed later in this surah, man is meant to walk upright but can walk on his face...
By mentioning Quran first it appears Allah is letting us know that He not only creates perfectly and completely but also that much like a careful design of a blueprint, the Quran is the perfect blueprint for what man should be in Allah's vision of us.
Then He created us to live up to the perfect dream of what we could be.
Subhanallah Allah has not left anything outside of His protection guidance and control which gives hope to everyone even the most hopeless who think nothing matters and that life is meaningless.

If there was no hell, it would be a defect,(moazallah)
because how should justice be done for the oppressors who took the right of the oppressed?So Al-Rahman has planned. God Al-Rahman sometimes builds heaven based on being merciful(Ar-rahimالرحیم), sometimes he builds hell based on revenge منتقم.This Surah is the bride of the Quran. if someone was a bandit, disturbing the society and the honor of the people, we will punish him.This is also good.so there are many verses of torment in this surah Ar-rahman, but describing it is like describing the heaven.Both are good,.jazakallah kheyra and goodluck🌷🌷🌷🌷Jawadi.Amoli --- take from Arrahman 1 tafseer

*So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?*
إِنَّهُۥ لَقُرْءَانٌۭ كَرِيمٌۭ
Qu’ran is simply perfect poetry, breathed forth by The Most High.
Masha’Allah. TabarakAllah.
Allah speaks to us directly many times durning Surah Rahman.
One amazing thing amazing about surah Rahman is the repetition.
How ungrateful can you be?!
Ins surah Rahman, it first starts off harsh , then slowly but surely becomes loving.
Whether you like it or not, hell is always there.
Everything Allah does is for our own sake.
The five parts of the surah:
1. How Allahs love, care and mercy taught us the Quran.
2. Worldly gifts of Allah.
3. The judgement day.
4. Paradise and Jannah.
5. Paradise and Jannah AGAIN
1. The Most Beneficent (Allah)!
2. Has taught (you mankind) the Qur'an (by His Mercy).
3. He created man.
4. He taught him eloquent speech.
5. The sun and the moon run on their fixed courses (exactly) calculated with measured out stages for each (for reckoning, etc.).
6. And the herbs (or stars) and the trees both prostrate.
7. And the heaven He has raised high, and He has set up the Balance.
8. In order that you may not transgress (due) balance.
9. And observe the weight with equity and do not make the balance deficient.
10. And the earth He has put for the creatures.
Mashallah! This is my favorite Surah Rehman to recite! I am truly blessed that I can and feel the expressions. ❤
May Allah reward our ustadh Nouman Ali Khan for this wonderful lesson.

@@tariqassaf690 i guess you should watch your eyes...he said "our ustadh" which means teacher so what he or she said was correct you are wrong...and on the second place I am an Korean but I'm a polygot so I know many languages so pls be careful when you comment on anyone

I didn't ask you that how many years you've been a Muslim or what your imam has said...all I said is that if you translate what he said"may Allah reward our teacher Nouman Ali khan " that is all correct he shouldn't watch us wording if it was correct....and are you from India or Pakistan?

It’s the perfect speed for me. Any slower it’s going to make me sleepy. You can slow the speed down if you need it slower.

I was always pondering why descrption of jannah has been done twice and got confused while reciting thank you so much for explaining it in so much detail thank u sir i was searching for explanation of surah rehman from so long you made it easy for me to understand it may allah give you the best of reward in dunya and akhirah

Salam. No I don't think so because as far as I know body is just a place for the rooh to rest in this world, and moreover the groups of jinns and humans are referred to by name in this surah. And also, by default, our bodies are in submission to Allah, we are the ones who make it disobey, so our bodies are not answerable for our deeds. Correct me if I'm wrong

i still think that by means of that phrase we can internalise how many favours Allah (SWT) has done on both our body and ruh.
