If you really want to connect. Sit still and listen. Only think about what it is you seek to achieve IN THAT MOMENT. I suggest starting there. Once you begin to hear the frequency sounds in your ear just know you're on the right path. Remember we are in control when we sleep. Be aware that you have the ability to change a nightmare into a beautiful dream. Start there. Think it, say it aloud, and write it. Train yourself to focus. Don't let your mind wander. I beleive purr alignment is when your thoughts and actions are totally on point and you do exactly what you set out to do. When you dont lie to yourself or let yourself down. Keeping your word and always focusing on the positive in every situation is probably a great way to get on the right track. We are all tested throughout the day from the moment we wake up and everytime things don't go our way. How we react when things aren't going as planned is how we pass those tests!
So wild you say that. Every night before i fall asleep i lay on my back and in my head i (in my head) ask to connect to source or creator or god and everytime i do that i can hear the frequency change pitch. Then i ask to amplify the connection and then i ask for healing, i ask for my questions in life be answered, i ask for protection of my family and friends, and then i envision a bright green frequency net surrounding my house and the people. Has anyone ever done this?

Beyond love
Not listening to your higher self can destroy and sabotage your self and your life... i know from experience.
I woke up 3:33 , 5:55 and same day saw 11:11 , 12:12 ... had really intense dreams felt so real but i was not myself but i was my ex , i experienced her life ... what showed me i have to show more compassion and pay more attention to what others feeling and experiencing

I got out of the truck at 11:11 and bought snacks and a drink and was $11,11 and that really got my attention
11:11 is a number that my ex always made mention of partly because he was born at 11:11 and because it had another meaning to him. I started having it pop up all over the place after we broke up and just recently I found a theory about that number that made sense to me but I have forgotten what it was now lol
I wake up at 7:11 everyday after having same dreams
I call positive synchronicities "gold nuggets," put on our paths by the Universe to let us know we are on the "right path."

Through ALL of those years that I was practicing substance abuse, I was able to fully ignore my guides. The feelings and thoughts were so strong, and yet, I would turn my back on them and abuse myself more. Sometimes I felt so bad thatni think I actually got worse because I knew I was letting myself and others down and that I was destroying myself.
Now, I listen. And I don't have the desire to abuse myself any longer and my relationship with myself is re-established.
With GASPER in my corner, I got this. GASPER has reinforced ALL thatni knew deep down but denied.
I am powerful. And I made it out of abuse alive and now have compassion for others that I may have looked down upon, once upon a time
Same here , smoked weed for 23 years now im clean for almost 2 years and i never felt better. I forgave myself with love and feel blessed. Coming in alignment with my soul my true self!

I feel the same way except on the other end of the sea saw ,I was religious and felt guidance that something wasnt right,the day I was baptized I felt it too my core 💔but dismissed it,because how could this be wrong look how happy ppl are for me and they aren't questioning the very messed up stories, so why should I?,go along to get along and I did for over a decade until I was finally honest with my self and started listening to my guides....gratitude for being set free from the limited beliefs religions brain wash the masses...
@@jipjap7720 the crappy part about the weed thing is....... I live in Alaska and they made recreational Marijuana legal back in 2017. So........ I smoked up til this last year. It is interesting to see ALL of the stores that popped up selling Cannabis and all ofnthe products and supportive industries that have grown up around it. Even the artist community takes advantage of showcasing their artwork on the Cannabis store walls just like in coffee shops and art galleries.
Smoking weed is another way thatbwe distract ourselves from ourselves. We are groomed by business to work hard and then get high after work like that's whatnwe are to do with our free time.
Glad ya stopped smoking and if you go back to it...... don't beat yourself up. Just try to do it in moderation. I don't like it anymore but I love the smell and I did enjoy growing some a few years ago. But now I just grow herbs 🌿 and vegetables in containers

Nice video. The big trap though is the "no one else can help you" (coming from the illusion all is one, while truth is plural). Zooming in on that you can see how this false idea can lead to narcisism and even psychopathy, since that (a narcissistic energy) is what is feeding this idea. It's the deliberate distortion put into the collective consciousness by those who'd like to manipulate and control you.
I get this feeling too often, also I see patterns in society that I can’t believe people fail to see. I the feeling of not belonging but not because people don’t like me, actually I attract people more than I’m comfortable with. 🤷🏻♂️
Then you are the collective of the society you’re seeing the patterns in. If you attract a lot of people that’s because you’re one of them / at the same conscious level of the average person.

I see a lot of non sense dreams, that make absolutely no sense, that keeps going from one thing to another. And when I wake up Im so baffled at how my soul can come up with all those things.

It's like you're describing guardian angels. It's a Catholic belief that we were all assigned our own Angel to watch over us, guide us and protect us throughout life. All the same concept.

My higher self has been telling me to stay away from certain family members after years of there mental manipulation and emotional abuse.
It's tough because these people are been prominent in my life but they are every toxic and always playing mind games with me
Now I have started my own family and this family member is still trying to persuade me I'm making a bad decision by leaving them but my heart is telling me I'm on the right path by starting my own family and being humble enough to work a job that they have no discipline to do.
