This is the rest of my training. I ended up not recording as consistently as I would have liked, so it all fit one perfectly packaged vlog. I hope you all enjoy!
I wonder if the People in Training realize how fortunate they are to have a Training Uniform (Blue Jacket etc..) and not have to worry about what to wear everyday......When I was in Training many years ago, we had to bring many Suits, Ties, etc.. our own Clothes, it was really a Hassle, not to mention wearing very uncomfortable and useless Neck Ties. That said being a Flight Attendant is the very very best Career and always remember what a special honor it is to be chosen from sooo many applicants Always give 110% and be kind to your fellow Crew Members and Passengers!!
Agreed. When I went to training the first time I was 21 & broke and literally had to wear the same few outfits because I didn’t really previously own business casual
im currently at training and we just started week 4 and it’s getting real! i’m so excited and i have been loving every single moment! everyone is amazing and as you said, everyone here at united definitely set us up for success. hope to see you in the friendly skies 💙💙
Congratulations!!! You made it!! This was another great vlog. Keep up the great work I'm looking forward to the graduation vlog and seeing snippets of your new life on reserve.
Thank you so much for you videos! I start training Monday and I am so nervous I am ex PSA and evac,s we’re so bad but I passed the second try but I was new and it was foreign. I hope 🤞 it easier this time around, you have put my mind at ease some, so thank you.
You are welcome this is what I do it for. Good luck girl! you got this. You're going to have the best time. I came from envoy so I'm sure we had similar training. The best suggestion I can give you is to forget about PSA and soak in United.
Congratulations 🎊 again and these videos are extremely positive and help me ease my anxiety 🙄💙 Houston, TX is my options 1🙏🏾 so let see training starts in about 30 days
I'm glad you think so. I try to just speak from the heart. I can't speak to whether or not Houston will be available. It hasn't been for the last few classes but things change weekly so who knows? I wish you the best of luck.
I'm still applying and interviewing...suppose to be interviewing with American on Thursday but they ain't send me my.flight itinerary yet....fingers cross I didn't get bumped but I'm pump and know this will happen!!
I have my training the 19 next month I’m so excited I’m following my heart ❤️!!! I will be in Indianapolis for three weeks any advice cause I’m nervous and I really wanna pass all the test!! I have a feeling the test aren’t that hard I just have to study and the fight attendants That were there they said they would help!! and I will be back in October my birthday month I’m flying out September 19
Good for you for pursuing your dreams, I know how hard that can be. I think the biggest suggestions I have is just be attentive in class and repetition is key!
any updates on how many realizations have changed? Noticing that this thread has died since, with no follow up on how it all went. Was it "Real World" training?
Adriana, how difficult is this for people who don’t have other airline experience? Did most of those that did not pass were new to the airline industry? Thanks for insight.
I can tell the difference in the ease of the training based on experience level, but I do not feel like it’s so much more difficult if you don’t have experience. I believe they wouldn’t hire people with no airline experience if getting through the training wasn’t doable. Be confident!
I think it was a little more difficult because there are so many different scenarios that you can be faced with and you must no how to respond to each when given.
If you don’t mind me asking why is so many people getting sent home for drills? I’ve heard a lot of people on social media saying that. I’m general is it the test? Or is it a lot to remember? I’m just curious. I even heard a lady say she broke her back on the slide 😢which is sad and ironic.
The breaking of the back seems like a stretch lol but I was not there. Drills are difficult bc they are very specific and one mistake can be the difference between passing and failing.
I can’t really say too much in detail about the exams, but you should definitely take the time to study and do any assignments given. If you pay attention in class you will be successful. There were people in my class who were completely new to the aviation industry and were successful. Trust the process!

Hi Adriana, love your videos!!! ❤do you recommend to study anything before going to training?
No ma’am they may give you a couple of materials before training starts you can review those, but they will teach you everything you need to know!

May I ask why evac training was so hard? I also came from regional and was able to do it. Is something different?
I think it was a little more difficult because there are so many different scenarios that you can be faced with and you must no how to respond to each when given.
Do u stay at the room by your self no romates
How tall do u have to be to pass the reach test?

What class are you!? I’m was 29,
14
Are the exams hard , are they multiple choice ?
I can’t really say too much in detail about the exams, but you should definitely take the time to study and do any assignments given. If you pay attention in class you will be successful. There were people in my class who were completely new to the aviation industry and were successful. Trust the process!
I hated trading Eastern was so nice United they were mean. But that was before the merger
Aww i'm sorry to hear that. That was nit my experience. They do want us to be the best flight attendants possible though.
Did you have to share a bed?
Is the hotel nice?
I liked it! it was clean and up to date.
Do you have a roommate during training?
Yes, you always have a roomate. If your roommate leaves they will be replaced.
Get to the point
