Sindiso Magaqa murder accused identified

A police officer who was friends with former ANC Youth League Secretary General, Sindiso Magaqa, has identified murder-accused, Sbonelo Myeza, as the driver of the vehicle used by the attackers in July 2017 when Magaqa was shot. Magaqa, a PR councillor in the Umzimkhulu Municipality, and two other occupants were shot while seated in a car at a car wash at Umzimkhulu in southern KwaZulu-Natal. Magaqa died in hospital a month later, while the other two occupants survived the attack. Myeza and three other accused, Mbulelo Mpofana, Mlungisi Ncalane and Sibusiso Ncengwa, are facing charges of murder, attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

We seem to be consistent now with Police being State Witnesses on High Profile Assassination cases. Even the death of IFP's Tshabalala saw this trend right through to Senzo Meyiwa

In saying so (That the case is of public interests) m not suggesting in anyway that other murder cases are of not public interests coz loss of life affects loved ones deeply. 10 May 2023.
