Steering wheel spinning knob allows for more leverage and quicker turning response. The silicone anti-slip power ball can smoothly rotate 360 degrees with quality ball bearings situated underneath.

Just find the right spot to place your steering wheel spinner. I think for a right handed driver you put it at 2 o clock off the top and at 10 o clock for a left handed driver.
