This past BET WEEKEND was one for the books! Taco Tuesday has brought us so many great moments we wanted to get back to that.
One of the most powerful performances of the night was was the medley by Shelea. She is one the best singers on the plant and she showed us exactly why. Her tone, control, vocal dynamics are unmatched. These are the kind of moments we live for and why we love music so much!

I can imagine Shelea in the intimate setting of the old Taco Tuesday, blowing the walls down. It had that friends, singing in the living room, around the piano appeal.
That's not a spiritual crowd because I would've been in tears. That definitely moved the holy spirit in me.

Right!! There wasn't enough real lovers of vocalists in there that night. They wasn't hype enough for me. Shelea was SOARING as usual. AND hardly no one knew Through the Fire nor Total Praise?!? Oh no!

It was a very "LA" crowd of folks who wanted to be "seen" but didnt know the vibes
Some of these folk need their invitations to Taco Tuesdays revoked as they are just standing around totally uninterested and unengaged, whereas the crowds before were always involved and sang background for whomever was up there.
Her vocal ability is of the highest caliber! I mean it's the technique, control, and potency for me! 🙏🏽 ✨💕
That was probably the closest some of the folks in the crowd have ever gotten to a church! She was phenomenal!
She has one of the best voices I've EVER heard!!! What a gift!!!
Throw the whole audience away!!!! The way this angel is GIVING! They not worthy, truly she blessed us and I'm so glad I got to see this here.
How can we not talk abt the piano player? Not Stevie, the other one. He was so passionate and soulful.
I’m learning that sometimes less truly is more. When the crowds were smaller and everyone was (could fit) inside the house, the support, the harmonies and the whole vibe was sick and gave goose bumps. The crowd was as much a part of the performance as the lead. Stevie PLEASE bring ‘em back🙏🏾.

When she goes into those Dorinda impressions I'm absolutely mystified - it's as if she's Dorinda's secret, long lost, vocal DNA daughter- Shalea is just stunning. As for that crowd, bless their hearts.

I was truly introduced to that beautiful songbird thru Terrell's show. Then I searched her on you tube and on Amazon Music. She is a true artist that sings all genres. She can belt it out as well as bring down soft. Love what she brings❤❤❤

Shelea is one of the most underrated singers in the business and she does it all. Unfortunately, she did not read this room very well. Her outstanding gospel renditions fell mostly on deaf ears.
