Ima ask how in streets of rage as skate how do you do that split kick like when you roll and then you do that kick how do you do it

I suppose you mean the 3-star blitz. You can get it by either earning 3 stars and then Skate will automatically do it when you blitz, or you can use the X button to do it at any moment you want. The combination is Up, Forward, Back.
