Pretty good - just a minor tip.... I like to have the 3 and the 6 already on the bottom when I start the trick so I don’t have to search for them in front of the spectators. Personally I always use 5 or 6 for the second time because 7 can sometimes make the pile look too thick depending on what cards you’re using. But 7 would be fine with thinner cards. Anyway, great tutorial bud. Keep it up!
After they deal the 10 cards put the 10 face up on top of the face down deck. Spread them out.....and add 3 face down cards from the top of deck to the bottom of the face up 10....put the rest of deck in pocket ....then under the guise of double checking that there are 10. Do the down and under deal. Deal one face up saying "one" turn it face down. Then put it on the bottom of the packet. Do the same for the next card. Saying "two".....then continue doing it for ""3" ...."4"....then hand them the rest and ask them to finish counting that way. Counting with them...."5"..."6" and so on. Once they teach 10 all the cards will be face down. Then ask them to put those in there pocket. That adds the 3 cards without palming. Then continue the routine as you described...it makes the beginning segment angle proof and eliminates one of the palm. The second palm in the routine happens during the audience reacting and in those moments. You could walk an elephant in the room and nobody would notice lol. But this little tweak eliminates that palm right in the beginning when there isn't alot going on could make it harder to do.
BEAUTIFULLY described my man! I was thinking this The entire time while watching the video. The way you just laid it out is how I learned it years ago when David Blaine revealed how he performed it on his TV specials. Nice job sir 😊
This is really strange its like challenge or something but ye i know you like music just like shin does and you know his 52 shades of red those magnetic cards and some black art right so could you recreate something similar that goes with music i dont know which song but you can decide or even create your own beat and create a routine that like has productions transposition and like vanishes i hope you would like to try it and share it with us
Nice, the return of the Neil Patrick Harris deck! Awesome trick and thorough tutorial, Nathan. Just unfortunate Evan wasn't there to give you a *hand* as the spectator. Haha
Can you do a tutorial on how to palm cards if you have small hands bc am only twelve and I've been doing tricks for two years i even bought shin splint and learned it but I still haven't figured out how to palm cards
For the snap or something just make a break in the middle of the deck and snap and let go of the break which makes it like some cards disappeared from the deck into their pocket
Thank you so much to reveal this magic trick. From many days I was thinking how people can do this trick. But finally you revealed this trick. Thank you so much once again. I love watching your videos
What if all the threes and sevens are in the spectator's pocket? Edit:oh i figure it out. We can force two cards instead. 4 example we can force a 4 and a 3 so that makes 7.
I really like all the impromptu tricks you explain!! I tired this trick too, amazingly worked. I need a best second deal one which I am practicing and not able to get a grip on that. Any better practices you can share?
Thanks so much! Yeah second deal is one of the hardest sleights for me, i still have a hard time on trying to get it down. There’s so many different tutorials for it because people have their own ways of doing it. I think that’s the only way to really perfect it, is to find the way that works best for you. Besides that, I’d check out shin lims second deal tutorial, it’s pretty good!
@@AMillionCardTricks Thanks for your response. Shin Lim is a great closeup magician and I watch all his videos including second deal. Will practice. You keep up the best performance going.
Hey I have been trying to remember an old magic trick I used to do that I learnt from one of you,its the one where you give them a card and request them to put it in their pocket before this you asked for them to pick a card, you did a double lift pretending to showing them the not real card then snap your fingers when it’s in their pocket and its revealed that was their card and the card you showed wasnt the one you put in (they dont know that though) If you could tell me what its called would appreciate it, Have a fantastic day, Sincerely RJ
I don't want to sound stereotypical but practice in front of a mirror. It really helps, at least for me, to get used to seeing another face in front of you. Then once u are comfortable with that get a friend or family member and practice it with that ONE person (normally one person is easier to present to than with 2 or more) once u are ok with that you should be ready to preform on the street or to multiple people! Hope this helped and good luck!
nice trick but so risky with the palming part especially because of the number of cards used 3 and 7 instead it can be just 3 and 2 or even 4 and 1 making it 15 instead of 20 and minimizing the palming risk , btw i saw the same trick revealed done by david blaine if u combine the impromptu part where u can force the number of cards added with the idea of using 3 face down cards at bottom and 10 face up cards at top and counting 10 by flipping face up to face down and sending them to the bottom of the 13 cards pile the spectator will literally have 13 without touching the cards and palming 2 cards won't be that hard , but anyway that's a very great performance and the impromptu part can give some really nice reactions
Yeah those are some good ideas! I’ve used the David Blaine variation before and it works well. And I never believed that adding 7 cards would go unnoticed but it actually does! But if you are skeptical about it then sure you can add 3 or 4 more. It’s just more fooling when there’s even more cards than the last time.
Good tutorial !
Thanks man!
JS Magic i love your videos 😁
Do you mean best
I like chocolate
A Million Card Tricks Hey you should do a version of this in the spectators hands.
This is an amazing and powerful trick! Definitely will add this to my repertoire, thanks for the tutorial and keep up the great work!!

This is the best tutorial I've seen of this trick. Bro you are really a nice magician. Thanks bro for such a tutorial
This trick is AWESOME!!!!!!
That trick was performed by David Blaine on The Jimmy Fallon Show
I like to do the first part of adding 3, in a different way that card shuffler99 does in explaining David Blaine on Jimmy Fallon with the roots
Amazing trick! I think I might actually try this out on spectators.
Love your channel so much
That was super cool, 🌈keep going 💕
I absolutely love this trick
Explained perfectly👌👌
Extremely incredible video. You should do more street magic videos in the future

The fast forward of counting is funny😁😁
Cool trick.easy tutorial
Bro i love ur voice
Love from India
Instead of 7, I prefer 5 cards, handy and non skeptical
I would do it was 3 and 4 cuz you kinda see it by the thickness of the packet that you added some if you add 7
I became a fan of yours.
Great trick
David Blaine did a similar trick to this
Yep!
I was just going to say that. When he was a guest on a TV show iirc.
i like your video a lot .
You are the best bro
