  • Despite attempts to prevent it, California schools are being allowed to notify parents if their child is transgender or changes their pronouns. This comes regardless of if the students consent to it directly or not.

    This shouldn't even be a discussion.
    Government and schools need not to meddle in private matters between kids and parents

  • @flash1616
    @flash1616 11 days ago +2

    This is awful, parents have no right to meddle like this, if they didn't want their children to grow up with individual thoughts and feeling they shouldn't have even bothered with putting them in the school system! What a hurtful invasion of privacy and a condemnation of horrible outcomes for the kids. It's been proven so many times that gender affirmation saves lives and this will kill kids.

    Btw, this just allows parents to abuse their kids.

    This sucks. I've known some families in my lifetime that would imprison their children or worse over this. Not good for the child who just wants to be who they are.

      Children don't know who they "are." Stop trying to turn out kids to homosexuality which they know nothing about.

    This can actually be dangerous for trans kids like me, I don’t tell my parents because I know they’d disown me or at the very least react very badly. Some kids tell teachers because they feel safe telling them

      Thing is, they shouldn't be safe telling these private matters to teachers.
      This can be dangerous as well.

      @RCenal I don’t think that’s the premise we’re dealing with. Even scarier, I think the model is for teachers to eavesdrop on conversations and ask about rumors. Complete violation of that child’s autonomy, regardless of their expression.

    • @anthonythomas1504
      @anthonythomas1504 12 days ago

      Good. Maybe they should disown you. No parent wants a freak.

  • @anthonythomas1504
    @anthonythomas1504 12 days ago

    Good. Homosexuals admitted they want your children. Just like Satan. If a kid is afraid to tell his parents, the kid knows it is wrong. Would they tell their parents they cheated on a test? No. What's the difference?

    • @rickyfox67
      @rickyfox67 12 days ago +2

      Where is that happening

    • @rickyfox67
      @rickyfox67 12 days ago +1

      So if you kid comes out as gay are you going to accept them or throw them out on the street after beating them

    • @flash1616
      @flash1616 11 days ago +1

      If a kid is afraid to talk to their parents it's because those parents aren't good listeners and don't actually care for the child. Kids pick up on things pretty quick.
      For example you sound like a pretty horrendous individual based on this comment and your other replies, if I were your child I certainly wouldn't tell you ANYTHING. I'd be just counting the days and squirreling away anything financial until I could go no contact.
      Honestly, you should take a good long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself if you're a good person, because if you do have a significant other and a child who doesn't fit Your "Normal", they're making arrangements to get away from you, I guarantee it.

      @AliceDash626... Parents? Students? If you're going to state something, please make sense.

    • @AliceDash626
      @AliceDash626 12 days ago

      @rip4705Children have a right to privacy. That right is a human right, article 12.
      Teachers should NOT be allowed (required even) to inform parents if a child expresses an identity that aligns with LGBTQ.
      By going behind the childrens back they risk that parents disown, throws-out or put the child for dangerous conversation therapy...all of which there are known cases, quite often discussed among LGBT people.
      Clear enough?

    • @anthonythomas1504
      @anthonythomas1504 12 days ago

      @AliceDash626No children do not. That's why they are called children. Duh.

      No Albert. Doxxing is mentioned nowhere in the ruling.

    • @AliceDash626
      @AliceDash626 13 days ago +2

      @williamhenry9705My name is Alice. I was referring to the act of the teachers being required to report to the parents if a child comes out as LGBTQ. That is a grave violation of privacy, privacy is a human right, article 12, Universal declaration of human rights.

    • @RCenal
