Styles make fights, and Buckley’s skillset and physical traits make him a great counter to Belal. He’s very strong which makes him hard to take down, and he has one hit KO power, so Belal won’t want to keep it on the feet because he could get clipped.
He’s doing what I always do. Putting money on who I hope loses just in case. Always better to be wrong and happy with the result than wrong and upset watching your guy get smoked.

5:18 volk needs to use the anti boxer method. Stay outside and spam kicks to legs, body and head, as soon as ilia tries to come in, instant clinching or shooting a takedown. Not the thai clinch, ilia will rip his guts apart there. Also back up cutting an angle, or else topuria will spam overhands again and pressure him into the fence, let go of his 3 piece combo

Volk was jabbing but getting countered with the overhand, he should invest in a rear uppercut or he should fight out of southpaw the whole fight to kill toppuria's leg kicks, jabs and overhands. If volk starts to jab and box more he's getting knocked out it's as simple as that, sure some jabs are fine. But clinching is the most important part here, he was man handling islam in the clinch some times, he should absolutely just hug topuria, push him to the cage and start landing knees
