Hi. When Measure the out door and indoor unit, does the voltage need to fluctuates for the PCB to be good? If a static voltage like let’s say 30VDC (does not fluctuates) is considered good or bad? Thanks for the helpful video

piece of junk had nothing but problems with Panasonic. Should of bought the Daikin that was recommended
