I can't thank you enough for this video. I'm a recent revert and I found this beautiful video that describes the process of Dua in simple terms. ALHAMDULILLAH ❤❤❤❤.. I will do Duas regularly after watching this.

1. Praise Allah (swt)
2. Seek the forgiveness of Allah (swt)
3. Send blessings and salutations upon Muhammad (p.b.u.h), his family, his household and his companions
4. Ask what you want in the most beautiful way (Ask in any language you want)
5. Send blessings and salutations upon Muhammad (p.b.u.h)
6. Praise Allah (swt)
Things to add to your dua so the chances of it being accepted are far more
• Waking up at tahayud because at that moment Allah swt descends to the lowest heavens, asking: Who is asking me, that I can give them. Who is repenting so I can accept their repentance. Who is seeking forgivness so I can forgive them.
• crying, expressing your desperation to Allah because he is the most compassionate, most merciful
• Proceed it with a good deed (Reading Quran, charity, praying, fasting, etc)
• Don't make haste. Your duas will be answered as long as you don't give up and granting them won't harm you
1. Praise Allah

3. Send blessing on P.B.U.H/family/companions.
4. Ask what you want in the most beautiful way, in any language & keep repeating it.
Express how deeply you want it, shading a tear or two will help. Because Allah is merciful.
5. End it on the blessings & salutation on prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) & some praise of Allah.
6. Preced with a good deed, charity, fasting or salah.
7. Best time, night/Tahajjud.
8. Cut out a sin, improve your relation with Allah.

That would be best as we should leave certain things with Allah and move on.

Can i take Allah as my best friend and talk to him by myself because i am alone donot have any friend . Can I share my tears in the words like i would have said to my friend. The thing I talk to myself can i talk to him. Like what you think Allah i am right. What do you think Allah this was good. Can i say these words. Please share a video.

Yes you can, there was this story of Prophet Musa (AS) where he came across this person and overheard his talk with Allah, he was talking to Allah as if he was his friend. That made Musa (as) really angry. He told the man how could you speak to the Lord of the universe like that. Later when Musa (AS) went to speak to Allah at mount Sinai, Allah expressed his anger at Musa (AS) for the way he spoke to the man, Allah said who are you to come between me and him. Musa (AS) went back and apologized to the man and only then did Allah forgive him. The moral of the story is that Allah is your truest friend throughout your life, you can always rely on Allah. Also if you want help making decisions, I would suggest you to do istikhara.
