I hate scary stuff, but at the same time, I'm so intrigued by them and still end up watching scary movies with my friends. This is definitely new from what you usually do, but reasonable as Halloween is just around the corner also. Anyhow, I thought this was really cool, frightening and very thrilling and I actually enjoyed it! Not only did the short story turn out exciting, but the music complimented it really well. Awesome job!
Dude, that was amazing. It wasn't too scary, the orchestral was quite nice. However, toward the end it actually gave me chills. Very well done! Keep up the great work.

I got little nightwish scaretale vibe from the song :D thenI got two steps from hell vibe it was awesome and this still sounded like original peace of music like wow! you have to teach me how to actually make music because always when I try to actually get something out of my head my brains are just like "nope! big brain fart coming" xD
Haha, thanks so much! I did take some of that Nightwish sound along with lots of my other influences! And how to write music can't really be taught, only the tools for how to write music. Which is music theory, aural skills, orchestration, and listening to lots and lots of music!. The rest is imagination, that's up to you!

Great story!! I loved the details!! I am not one for horror (music or stories) just bc its not of much use to me but this was pretty cool!! I think a few weak words could be changed and get it to level 11 of chilling ;P
Haha, thanks so much! What words would you change? I know at 3:14 I would probably change "instantly" to "frantically" but unfortunately during all the revisions I did, that didn't occur to me until after uploading! XD
Andrew Wrangell Music Well I think a introduction might help at 0:08 such as "As you peer down this musty road, you feel..." I love the "more loudly than you'd prefer." part!! I think using make a second time at 0:47 is not the best choice... I would say "The cold air forces you to draw your coat closer as a gloomy fog sets in." To me at least, the draw at 1:01 is not needed, but maybe that's just me... If you wanted to be grammatically correct you would move the comma at 1:15 to the end of windows... At 3:02 I suggest "happens once you open it..." I think the biggest thing is just not using the same words over and over (I only know from experience how boring a story like that can become). I am just thinking in more of a story telling way than a horror story telling way... And as I said before, I really don't know much about horror, so don't think you have to change anything because of little ole me! ;P I really enjoyed the story telling aspect of it though!!
Wow! Not usually a fan of this kinda music but this was really good! For your next piano performance would you perhaps consider "Always Mine" "Our Destiny" or "Cassandra"? (Preferably all 3 :P) thx in advance!!!
I love the story element added to the song. It really adds to the atmosphere of the song. If I were to offer any criticism, the chorus shouting "Evil" felt a little too on the nose for me, and detracted from the suspenseful feelings that you made through the whole piece.
