You’ve said everything I’ve been thinking about for at least 2 yrs. I have a hard time getting words from my head to anything outside through voice or writing most of the time, and you said it all so beautifully. It makes me so happy someone out there as young as me connected these dots and r living by these revelations, we’re living them together. I started discovering these ideas when I focused on rebuilding my relationship with my body, and then I turned to my mind. I’m so comfortable in my own skin, and now it’s a matter of not hiding anything when I’m not alone. I feel most authentic, real, grounded when I’m by myself and I want to feel like that all the time, that’s the next goal. Anyway, you r a wonderful human being and thank you for making my night ❤
