Its meaning is very deep, it's like when you want to start all over again, but you want to amend the mistakes you made , and this time, make things better, it's like being reborn! as if you were telling God that you are learning to breathe again, to learn to live again! It's like a conversation between you and God.

But it is also from a lot of people’s (including my own) favorite movie “A Walk To Remember”, which is based on and dedicated to Nicholas Sparks’ late sister. If you watch it, you understand why it’s so sentimental. In fact, Switchfoot has about four songs on the movie soundtrack. So naturally, many feel reminiscent when hearing this song. It’s the best of both worlds!
