well there are a couple things like not much free roaming, not real-time fighting style. But the story is good and it had me playing till the end of two finished games. Never touched it since then.

I believe the Japanese "normal mode" is in EU and US known as "hard mode". Yea, we gotta face the truth. -> The Japanese people don't have an normal or easy option, only a hard option. :P
.... You do know that the Part 2 of FFVII came out two years before Crisis Core in the form of a movie right? It's not supposed to follow the original story anyways, if you actually beat Crisis Core, you would know that FFVII follows it, instead of the other way around.

i agree wit u that gow was relly easy but ppl found this hard because in the begging ur character is very weak and they probobly played hard mode from the begggining i whent the less difficult way played on normole first then to hard so relly easy for me
does it really matter whether theirs a hard mode? the game is pure crap. fan based game at best and really no rpg should be based on luck with some roulette wheel, meaning you can't take any credit for doing much in the game since the you can have a shitty fight to a lucky fight. besides FF7 should already be done with since square really didn't plan on making a sequel after making FF7, listen if I offend I'm sorry just that square could do better

this is no doubt the best psp game out there
the hard mode is almost impossible!!!! this game should get 10/10 its fantastic & the graphics are amazing
