Spoken arabic too has many dialects/accents and i assume the ustadh is speaking in Lebanese dialect/accent. One very important thing to note is that Allah did not perform miracles as proof for the believers as much as proof against the disbelievers. The believers did not require miracles to believe and the disbelievers said they'd believe after x happened, and when x happened, they persisted in their disbelief. Moses' rod. Jesus' miracles. The splitting of the moon. This is why Allah also never says that miracles can prove his existence; because they can't and aren't supposed to. If there were supernatural events, those who wish to persist in their disbelief could easily say: this could have been done by some entity which is not Allah, or there is a natural explanation for this. There is nothing they will settle for other than literally seeing Allah to believe in him. But then where even is the "test" anymore? And at this rate, you are the Allah.
