27 represents an area, not a single suburb like Mt. Druitt. Yes Mt. Druitt is in the 27th district and the stomping ground for the Onefour boys, even though Mt. Druitt has the postcode 2770 (Onefour is the name for the Mt. Druitt youth gang). 2767 is the postcode for Doonside, shoutout Hefs and crew. So both these crews are representing the 27th district which covers a good handful of suburbs in that area of deep western Sydney.
Same rules apply for 21 district, which covers suburbs in an area clustered around the inner west of Sydney. Not sure where all those lads are from, but a handful of different suburbs all with a postcode prefixed with 21. eg. Parramatta, Granville, Guildford
