Every time I hear Dimash sing that, it just reinforces why that song is my fave queen song!! He sings it like he wrote it himself! And as has been stated in the vid, even though its not his first language, it doesn't matter. I think he takes us on his own journey, and I totally respect how Dimash started off low at the beginning. He's a master at building us up as he goes along. Near the end, where he sings "on with the shoooooooooow......" and then that ascending squeal he does that turns into a mild run as he reaches that high D sharp/E-flat, and then comes back down off it, thats my fave part of his rendition!

Dimash has done some OSTs already. He is phenomenal! Check out Ocean Over Time, Go Go Power Rangers, Eternal Memories and his latest one Only You (sound track for a Chinese TV show). When you react to Screaming by Dimash, there are 2 versions . On the official video he sings in a whistle tone at the end and another version where he raps in the live version . When he sang this song just now, he didn't speak any English yet.
His Russian is dang near perfect, as Kazakhs speak both their own language, and Russian, from an early age. He keeps improving his English, and there's been many remarks from Chinese Dears that his Mandarin has vastly improved as well (latest OST recording, the love ballad 'Only You' for the Chinese drama series 'Perfect Partner')
he didn't really speak english at this point. he knew key phrases like thank you and hello, but in all the videos ive seen of him in 2017 and most of 2018, i never saw him actually speak it. he does now though. and many find his accent in speech adorable :) Next is autumn strong, in mandarin, which i believe was his first time singing in mandarin.
Ignore his English here as he didn't speak it at time and this whole song was learned phonetically. Having been in this situation, that is crazy hard and English is a difficult language to sing in anyway, when it comes to non-native speakers. He actually does speak it now and while there is still room for improvement, it's like night and day compared to this. Thanks guys and nazdravlje (cheers)

I've read on other channels (vocal coaches) that singing in a different language can be a challenge as the vowels and consonants are so different and that English is especially hard for most singers and Italian is the easiest. In this show from 2017 (when he was 22) is a months long show, one episode each week, so he has only one week to learn each song. When you react to Screaming by Dimash, there are 2 versions . On the official video he sings in a whistle tone at the end and another version where he raps in the live version . When he sang this song just now, he didn't speak any English yet.

His Russian is dang near perfect, as Kazakhs speak both their own language, and Russian, from an early age.
He keeps improving his English, and there's been many remarks from Chinese Dears that his Mandarin has vastly improved as well (latest OST recording, the love ballad 'Only You' for the Chinese drama series 'Perfect Partner')
One are more convinced than an other, why ? (I will not say any name, lol)... Please continue your journey with Dimash guys. We like it.

he didn't really speak english at this point. he knew key phrases like thank you and hello, but in all the videos ive seen of him in 2017 and most of 2018, i never saw him actually speak it. he does now though. and many find his accent in speech adorable :) Next is autumn strong, in mandarin, which i believe was his first time singing in mandarin.
Ignore his English here as he didn't speak it at time and this whole song was learned phonetically. Having been in this situation, that is crazy hard and English is a difficult language to sing in anyway, when it comes to non-native speakers. He actually does speak it now and while there is still room for improvement, it's like night and day compared to this. Thanks guys and nazdravlje (cheers)

Thanks for the great reaction, each song leaves you with that "how does he do it" wonderment. I've read on other channels (vocal coaches) that singing in a different language can be a challenge as the vowels and consonants are so different and that English is especially hard for most singers and Italian is the easiest. In this show from 2017 (when he was 22) is a months long show, one episode each week, so he has only one week to learn each song.

Dimash is a fan of Lara Fabian (so am I) who wrote the lyrics to this song. I would suggest that you watch Lara's performance first to get a feel for the emotions in this song before you watch Dimash's.
