What I recommend is an anthology on world philosophy. It's what I started on myself and it helped me a good deal in becoming familiar with the complicated world of philosophy. I'd also strongly beginning in a sort of chronological order, beginning with the Hellenistic Greeks and moving forward to Ayn Rand. Not that Ayn Rand is good, I think she sucks, but it becomes painfully obvious how ridiculous she is once you've been aquatinted with any previous philosopher.
I bought the book of Aristotles. I am a greek student, currently studying ancient greek and i have translated that same book many times. Btw it is named after either his father or son, both having the same name(Νικόμαχος)
100 years of philosophy by John Passmore is really good. As are his other books which all deal with a singular current. Etienne Gilson has some interesting books on history of philosophy. Same with Leo Strauss.

I love Gregory Hays' translation of Marcus Aurelius' Meditations.
It is a good one!

That’s a nice approach! There are some good anthologies out there
I would recommended also the "Problems and Theories of Philosophy" by K. Ajdukiewicz

Does there exist something like a roadmap of all philosophy? Like a big conceptual diagram of philosophical currents?

If you want something very thorough, there is Frederick Copleston’s 11 volume History of Philosophy set.
The picture you used of Bertrand Russell is so cheeky. I definitely believe he was a playboy 😂
