    How do I rearrange this to a) make Km the subject / b) make ic50 the subject? I struggle with rearranging equations but cant find anything online :(

      With a little algebra, I think...
      Km = Ki*[S]/(IC50 - Ki)
      IC50 = Ki + [S]*Ki/Km
