Thank you this was very helpful. I did an inspection report on an unfinished basment.
The basement was dry at the time of the inspection.
The concrete basement floor was in satisfactory condition. Minor cracks within any concrete slab .Mold-like growth is visible in the structure. There was a sump pump located in the basement. The sump pump was functional - but there was no backup sump pump.
