You pick accent by watching TV. Even I automatically picked an accent by watching Disney shows. It's natural.

I also grew up watching these shows but I never happened to copy these actors voices. We just might have an accent that would be a blended version of British and American English. Otherwise we are Pakistanis and we don’t own specifically BE or AE. We have a Pakistani accent. She clearly copied and tries to sound like Selena and Ariana.
