i just got mine today ;( its painful!!
But here are some tips:
Wear socks to keep your body warm
Avoid cold water/food
Bring 3 pads or extra (if yours is heavy)
Bring hand sanitizer to school after dealing with your blood
NEVER eat or touch someone without cleaning your hands
take a hot shower
Use wipes to clean your area and keep it clean
Make sure to take care of yourself
Eat a lot of food
DO NOT DO HARD EXERCISES such as but not limited too:
body/hard movement dances, lifting hEAVY weights! etc. This will most likely cause your period to be extremely late because your brain will forget about sending the blood down!
If you do not have your period
It's basically like a leakage but it is constant
after your blood leaks, you get bad cramps.
It's ok, take Advil or headache/pain relief medicine.
Always know NEVER BE EMBARACED everyone goes through it!

@@CC-qx6ss wow, you’re probably 9(not hating on nine year olds) or something that’s why I’ll explain, some people have heavier or lighter periods and they can variate in colour, each girl has a different period cycle. Some people have red blood while for some people it’s brown and sometimes even black, that is all natural and nothing to be worried about but if you notice something strange than you should talk to your doctor about it.

This video above isnt right, black period blood isnt really "black". It just means its a VERY dark red. When blood get exposed to oxogen, (air) it turns darker, almost black looking. It also does NOT mean you have a blockage in your vagina. It is not dangerous and you dont have to worry! It is very normal. However if you have any concerns, go see a gynecologist :)

Story Line::
One Day i was gone for studying on the ground floor if my house, i Had a extreme cough n i felt something like water going down my area i went to the bathroom checked n boom! my period started. Morning! Ok so I’m 11 and I got my period today, (idk if it’s early or normal) and I was sleeping at my uncles house with his gf and I got my period there, I didn’t notice the mass amount of fucking blood in my underwear until I wiped and saw red, not pink blood on the paper. I started shaking immediately and asked his gf for pads. She said yes and gave me one to use and 5 to bring home until I bought some (I didn’t buy any yet bc my mom said she got it at 13 and I would only get it a few months before or after she got it) anyways she drove me home and I checked my pad immediately and saw it was brown already (I just started it today) and I asked my mom about it and she said that there is gonna be black things and those are blood clots. I just had my first period ever (I’m 13) and this is helpful to know. Currently it’s dark red and it’s been getting heavier and heavier, which I know is normal for your very first one. I’m very lucky though because I haven’t gotten cramps with it.

Dark red can also mean it’s your first period! But everyone is different and everyone’s blood is different and the color doesn’t always mean the same thing for everyone!

Here's a tip for all girls when u get your 🩸!
(1) You can eat dark chocolate! It can help to calm your bleeding (maybe)
(2) stay in comfy blankets!
(3) dont eat cold food if u have heavy bleeding
(4) Make sure to change your pads all the time
(5) If your bleeding is too dangerous or very heavy, consult a doctor!

Ppl i stared my period at 11 story time: so i came home whith being really angry and came in my house into my bathroom and i saw blood on my pantys and i called my mom and my mom said i stared my first period and called my dad and told him i stared my period and then she taught me how to put on my pad and fell asleep and my mom said i might get nlood clots and i did and i fell asleep and kept on waking me up to change my pad ❤❤❤ i stared mine on the January 6 2023 now im 12 i got used to it i guess 😂
