Sonic lost world was my first sonic game and I loved it. When I played other games in the series I started to notice the obvious flaws that this game has. This made me realise that this game isn't a bad game. It's just a bad sonic game.
I've played through this game once on Wii U and once on 3DS. I can honestly say that this is one of my least favorite Sonic games. The best level in the entire Wii U version to me is the Zelda level, and that's DLC. Also I liked the idea that there was finally a portable mainline 3D Sonic game on 3DS, but of course they had to botch it up for the most part.
13:09 but u can indeed totally avoid the cloud section... Just run to the big spring at the end of each tube. The alternate paths in this game are mostly just used for red rings anyway
6:30 ...uh, no. The Deadly 6 did NOT continue to work FOR Eggman, they took over his mechs in order to take revenge on him. I know the plot of the game is not good, but this in particular is a glaring misinterpretation of the events.
I did like this game, I didn't like that it didn't explain the parkour system so I usually avoided using it unless I had to. I felt that there was definitely potential here that was wasted by never trying this system again. I feel that with a second shot at it they could have ironed out more of the bugs and showed people how much fun this version of Sonic could have been. Also, the story is garbage. 😆
It’s pretty obvious if you play the game that sonic lost world is an absolutely masterpiece with incredible writing,fantastic story and motivating character development

Me when I get into a semi-fatal car accident while playing lost world and I left the hospital and got amnesia.
But I love it.
