    I would love to try oysters one day, and definitely want to try them grilled first

      I tried them steamed first and hated them when I was young. Some family ate them RAW. Not for me either. I first liked them fried. Then, I had them steamed and I made a light hollandaise for them like I did for other seafood. I then evolved to steamed with hot sauce or plain. That is how I learned to love them. Just a suggestion.

      I’m from the south and grew up eating oysters! Hate the canned kind though. I used to absolutely love raw oysters but quit liking them at about 15 and haven’t met another adult that likes them. I love any kind of char broiled or rockafeller, they’re the best in my opinion. Hopefully you can try some and enjoy it!

      @@seanswinton6242as somebody from Louisiana by the bayou I can fucking confirm oysters are good no matter what raw is amazing a little lemon and some cocktail especially the juicy ones

    I do these at least 3 times a month...i do the Acme and Dragos special...butter and garlic parmesian 💯

      All it is be melted butter and seasoning - probably Cajun seasoning. That's what causes the flames to flair up 😊

    Now chef I will say this cuz right now you got me feening I will be trying this cuz it’s best with Parmesan one of those chains uses reggiano and it’s horrible

      @scholasticbookfair. done it that way my whole life , that don't make it right but that's how it's done in Carolinas and Florida with us old timers.

      you can eat them raw or fully cooked, so there's no real way to cook them

      I reckon it depends on how well you like yours but I’m with you… as soon as mine start to boil a bit they’re coming off and I’m sticking a fork or something else in them so I can shovel em down the gullet 😂
