@@sanumadhav Solapur one ?? We reached Solapur-Pune highway at 1 pm ( 8.5 hrs from Tumkur including 1 hr break). Road condition was excellent and traffic was minimal. The last 150 kms towards Pune was hectic with rain + traffic and we reached only by 7pm with another 1.5 hour break).. I did onwards journey through Pune-blore highway and wanted to avoid diversions at the 2nd leg of the journey.

I just did a trip from Trivandrum to pune couple of days back via BLR, Solapur.. it took me 14 hours from Bangalore to reach pune via Solapur
Yes that route is a better option
I took the same trip today.
I started from Tumkur around 4.30am, and reached Pune 7pm. We took hospet /solapur route for a change this time.
Yes here from Belgavi onwards till Satara road constructions are going on
