I have no problem with the development however I think a special cargo road/rail/passenger rail link should be incorporated in this plan to adequately move good and people if not the current Portmore Causeway and Mandela Hwy alone won’t handle the volume of traffic this development will bring. Kingston will also need some kind of urban highway system to make the city efficient.

Manley airport is still too small however
It would be easier to develop Vernam field as the land is their already.
