The book in the December YA FairyLoot box my expectations are high, I read the authors debut which was Vampires, hearts and other dead things and it was phenomenal. Cruel Illusions is a gorgeous blend of Caraval and Buffy, this can only be amazing and I have only heard good things about this book
I am super annoyed with Waterstones, I am still waiting on my edition of Hell Bent and it seems to have disappeared so I have had a massive ball ache trying to get hold of someone to help. It has been a pain and still no closer 🙁
