Yes, for sure. By mistake, there is no shot of it in the video.
Which hand blender or whisk brand/model are you using?
I'm not sure; I don't care much about brands. For machines, I buy something with good online reviews, and for tools, I just buy them at the shop next to my house. Something like a whisk; there's no difference in them anyway.
What kind of glucose syrup DE have you used for the glaze?! Thanks.
40-60 DE is best for this

Yes is sweet. You can put less sugar if you like

Yes, you are right; it should be after the butter, in the eggs.
