    Which hand blender or whisk brand/model are you using?

      I'm not sure; I don't care much about brands. For machines, I buy something with good online reviews, and for tools, I just buy them at the shop next to my house. Something like a whisk; there's no difference in them anyway.

      40-60 DE is best for this

    Hi i was thinking did glaze isn't too sweet there is a lot of sugar inside compared with white chocolate?

    Excellent dessert, especially when you can find fresh and naturally ripe strawberries! ♥️🍓
    But, for the lemon cream you never showed us, at which point you put the gelatin in (obviously when hot, before you mix the whipped cream).

      Yes, you are right; it should be after the butter, in the eggs.
