I dunno if you watched the movies K seven stories that came out in 2018. They're side stories but they have more of Mikoto and it's totally worth watching.
My favorite is Tatara. I was literally bawling while reading the manga. I fell in love with him in episode 6 if I remember right. I understand Japanese so when he sings, the lyrics hurts dang. And he just had his birthday this 14th.

Feels like a decade since I first watched this show. But honestly I cant remember, I do remember finding this song after finishing, maybe even this video.

After all this years of wondering, my conclusion is that the male voice singing is Mamoru Miyano as the voice is similar to other works of him singing and it makes sense since Fushimi Saruhiko was an important part of HOMRA and Mikoto meant a lot for him.

Ever since I read the lyrics to this a few years back I can rarely listen to this without crying especially after grasping the deeper meaning in a pernoal way though loss. Too many people close to me gone from this world too soon in the recent years.

lily hana That’s like me, I’ve never felt this connection with another person in real life or from an anime. He was special in his own way and that’s gained a spot in my heart. God, I sound like an idiot but he really did help me when I was down but I’m glad we saw him just for a bit in season 2, even if it was for a couple of seconds it was great to see him again. Long live The Red King! (I’ve even made a short story about him and what he felt like when he died because I’m a sad person while listening to this OST. That’s like me, I’ve never felt this connection with another person in real life or from an anime. He was special in his own way and that’s gained a spot in my heart. God, I sound like an idiot but he really did help me when I was down but I’m glad we saw him just for a bit in season 2, even if it was for a couple of seconds it was great to see him again. Long live The Red King!
(I’ve even made a short story about him and what he felt like when he died because I’m a sad person while listening to this OST. If you to read it, it’s called Red Kings Freedom)

I put his picture with Anna hugging him in her dream as my phone wallpaper, every time I'm sad I will look at it, missing them as if they were my own family. Yea, you’re probably right about that. I’ve also got a wallpaper on my phone of Anna and Mikoto, it kinda makes me sad that the anime in unrated, it’s amazing but barely anyone has seen or heard of it... it’s a shame really that not many people have seen the anime.
