Dear, getting a doctor is not easy as you are explaining, nowadays. Some doctors agreed to come and you invested 1 to 2 lakh on that but after a few days the doctor refused to come, that time you will face big problems which is happening nowadays. No unknown doctor will agree with you. You can only approach those doctors who are either known to you or referred by someone known person.
Is it legal for a doctor to practice sitting inside the chemist/pharmacy store?? Bcoz, a clinic runs under CEA (Clinical Establishment Act, 2002) it is diff from a pharmacy store.
