Studying some Regis, Hertz and Robert Natus stuff. This video comes in perfect time. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
Great producers! Really love their work, how do you tackle studying from other producers?
In the specific case of Regis and Surgeon, I read a lot about the history of Birmingham techno. So what exactly was the mindset behind it. Also, there are a few forums posting what synthesizers/samplers/instruments/effects were in use during that time.
@@TheFetteEnte You probably already know about subsekt, it's a great underground techno production forum, but if you don't, check it out lots of tips.
What I don't seem to find is people talking on tribal techno from the 2000s, like Oliver Ho or James Ruskin.
One thing to know is that Robert Natus was using early software for producing and not much gear
Robert Natus is the best 🎉
Love that you just start by playing the drum loop. So many videos where they talk about what's gonna happen for like 20 minutes so you can't even hear if you're interesting in what they have to offer yet lol
Yes!
The best channel for techno production❤
hell to the yeah!
