In fairness, is he meant to contact thousands of strangers before posting a video taken in a public place? I don't particularly like being filmed either, but if you're going to attend an event like this, there will be people filming and you know that. If you're in the UK, you'll be on cctv regularly without even knowing it anyway. The focus of this video is very clearly the rides anyway and probably not you....
