When you say the 'crack' heard is not bones rubbing together but nitrogen gas being released, I have always wondered where does the gas go? Does it at times cause a sense of dizziness or disorientation in the person? Thanks.

I'm 30 years old and I have so much pain in different parts of my body for half of my life. My jaw is so much out of alignment. When I try to close my mouth is move like camel jaw🐪😲, and I'm not kidding. I live in Iran and I wish I could find a good chiropractor in my country because it's sooo rare. The odd thing is when my neck was first adjusted in a chair i forget the technique I think it's called gonstead but I seen colors brighter kinda what she had said when she was adjusted in her back. Anyone know why that is?
I don't think there's any sort of adjustment for that, but you can probably get some sort of nighttime mouth-guard. My mom and I both grind our teeth really hard when we sleep, so we both got nighttime mouth-guards and we're doing better.
