So this vlogger showing a full clip of her eating a cake solo makes us feel like it’s okay to indulge once in a while and not feel like shit about ourselves. I mean I know I get hella cravingsbwhen my period comes around and when I give into it sometimes I feel like crap for being so “weak”, when really, my uterus is beating me up so I think I deserve a bit of good comfort from food or any other indulgent thing without having to feel bad about it. That said, don’t binge eat, people, for health reasons XD

@@angie1971 ... eating disorders are a thing everyswhere. what you're talking about is bulimia and eating a lot while staying slim doesnt mean you suffer from it or that you vomit what you eat. i eat big quantities, many times during the day and yet i'm considered skinny. people have different metabolisms and life styles. she seems to walk a lot as most koreans do, too. that said, please educate yourself

@@nikks2477 That's how she is build. All week I only eat a meal a day (a plate of salad with a little meat; three meals only on weekeends), I do all house chores in a very big home, walk everywhere and I'm still not thin. It's not my fault or hers, it's different metabolisms.

It’s always healthier to thaw the frozen meat in the fridge by putting it there one day in advance. And in case you forget (which always happens to me) I boil it directly in water. This seems to be the most “healthiest” way preventing the bacteria from spreading
