Surely, and it would be interesting to see the reaction from all the monitoring gear of the curious physiology of scuba diving. (And if you like SCUBA, you'll love being able to take off all the gear a just swim once in a while.)
Looks like you had fun. Thanks for taking us along! An easy way to tread water upright with fins is with large, slow, scissor kicks. The larger the fin, the easier.
Looks like the first time snorkeling went swimmingly! Gotta love the description of the post-swim beer: "It taste's like 'The Rock's character from Muana" 😆🍺
Kauai is really beautiful. If you get a chance you might drive to the southern part of the island and see where all the pineapple plantations were (they are resorts now) and the way they used to pipe water from the norther part of the island (wet) to the southern part (dry). Miles and miles of beaches. A trip to Kōkeʻe State Park is also worth it. There's a cool pine forest (like 60 degrees) in a depression on the top of the island. It was a mind blowing transition - from Hawaii to something like Maine. The Jurassic park movie waterfall is also on the southern part. The Hawaiian people are the best.
Thats so awesome!! I've only been snorkeling once (in Hawaii too) but it was just in some reefs just off a beach. My back got SOOOOO sunburnt. I'm glad you didn't. It looks super amazing and the water looks so clear! Thank you for letting us experience this with you guys! 🌞🌞
I was surprised that this was a workout for you then I realized that this is one time that your awesome body fat level isn't helping. I'm on the more floaty side. Would prefer yours of course. Glad to see the CGM could take the water.
You seem surprised that swimming is a total body workout. Ever seen a serious swimmer that wasn't incredibly toned? FWIW, if you really want to get a leg workout, find yourself a knee-to-waist deep stream and go wading. A couple miles upstream and you'll know it's a serious leg day.
I respect your work but I am disappointed that you went to Hawaii when the native Hawaiians are being forced to ration water for tourists and have specifically asked people not to visit at this time.
Who won the cannonball competition?
Christine. Sorry, Ali, but I still love you! Plus, I am not exactly a cannonball expert so you should take that with a grain of sea salt.
I'd say the second dude looked like the biggest splash to my eye, but the guy who stayed on deck fist-bumping participants won our hearts 🧡
For splash, I'd have to say Christine but for style, I have to say you, no question!! 🌞🌞
Now this is the kind of content I subscribed for.
I’ve been on that exact tour. That’s a great company to sail with.
This is so awesome! Thanks for taking us along!
"Hey best paly, this is Ali from Na Pali!" I'm real jealous I want to be at the Ocean real bad like!
It’s worth getting your Scuba certification. If you enjoy snorkeling, you’d likely looooooove diving.

This looks so glorious!! Thank you for this glimpse of the world ❤️
I’ve done that tour as well! Looooved it. Wish we could go back.
Wow! Great time guys. Looks so beautiful✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽
Snorkeling in Hawaii is amazing. Nice glasses Ali!
Hawaiian sunsets are the best

What an amazing trip! How lucky are you to have such a great time and be able to get in a workout at the same time!
How long are you on Kauai for? I am flying over this Wednesday night from Oahu through the weekend.
How long can you stay in the water with Levels?
And you can write the whole trip off on income tax!
