Luckily after 50+ years I just took all my money out of the Com bank after being laughed at by a teller cause I read the Terms and Conditions when I went to update their agreement. So I took all my money out.
Wonder why people still have money with them anyway. I have mine in Ubank and Rabobank with no monthly fees with the highest interest. Can withdraw in supermarket for free, with a purchase.
Why can't banks realize money is here to STAY it's too important for regional Australia, charities, the elderly and disadvantaged. It's just pure greed and a total lack of understanding what the poor and disadvantaged are going through. Shame on the people that thought this rubbish would be a good thing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When commbank declined my 20 year old son’s application for a car loan despite him having $20k in the bank, I told him to change banks. He’s now with anz, yes I know another ripper off er, but he also has a mortgage for a home and savings.
The bank is the devils play ground, the devil knows no limit with greed and it will defend his greed in many many many forms, politicians, religions, scientists, the list goes on.
For 6 months paused and then sneakily bring it back in other form. They may have department who makes these plans of how to fleece money from everyday Aussies. Kudos to that department and the bank. How much is the ceo going to increase his or her perks next year??? Any guesses?
they "paused" which means they'll bring it back
Yep

Good on you!
Ditch them and go somewhere else
Take away their banking license!
It's not a full Backflip. Only a 6 month pause. Vulnerable customers whom don't change bank accounts, will suffer in 6 months time.
Legislate for the protection of cash.
Everyone have to stand together and change their banking to under pressure common bank with with disgusting withdrawal fee 👎

Easy, just close your bank account and go to other banks😂
Time to switch to NAB
They'll wait 6 months and say we are losing money in this quarter and charge 2$
Removes ATM's first though. Put them back first lol

It’s a pause! Maintain the rage! CBA is not backing down!
They've just shut down my local branch anyway. And it was always so busy. That's a bigger problem anyway. Hollow backflip
