LCRR: Sufficient Evidence for Non-Lead Designation of a Service Line

EPA published the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) in January 2021, which requires all community and nontransient noncommunity water systems to submit a service line inventory to DEP by October 16, 2024. This video provides instruction to water systems and their consultants on what constitutes sufficient evidence to categorize a service line as “non-lead” in the service line inventory.
